Sales and Service Support Coordinators

Responsibility: If you like working in a dog friendly, team-oriented atmosphere, this is the job for you. We offer a variety of positions to support both Sales and Service.

Qualification: Sales Support set sales appointments for Pet Consultants and make outbound calls to customers and prospects. Additionally they coordinate all tasks from lead generation through installation.

Service Support takes care of walk-in customers, troubleshoots inbound customer service calls and can assist in scheduling on site service calls. Additionally they coordinate  product and service support programs.

Coordinators must have good communication skills and be comfortable talking to prospects and customers on the phone and in-person. They must be outgoing, self motivated and intelligent. Coordinators are expected to be problems solvers and respectful with both prospects and customers.
