I agree to become a member of StayDog Family Pet Specialists GOLD DOG Preferred Customer Membership Program. I understand in signing an agreement, I will receive a Membership Card that entitles my pets to the following benefits:

• Guaranteed Next-Day Service on my Invisible Fence System or service is FREE.
  
  
  • Excludes Sundays and Major Holidays (major holidays listed below).
• I must call StayDog prior to 3:00 pm (Monday-Friday) during normal business hours to schedule my service call, major holidays excluded.
• Major Holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
  
  
• Annual Battery Plan for each pet, includes a total of 4 batteries, one mailed to your home every three months. (Special rates apply to customers already on Battery Plans, call for details at 610-688-8205)
  
  
• A Free New Lupine Collar and Post Tightening Tool each year.
